A huge part of my life is my pets. Pets are important in life because the relationships that you have with your pets mirror the relationships that you have in life. They are born, they live, they eat, they sleep, they show you love, you love them and unfortunately they die. Sometimes they die of unatural causes and sometimes they die of natural causes. Each pet has a different personality and likes and dislikes. Each pet gives you something special that only they can give you.

I was inspired by the movie "Smoke" where one of the characters took a picture of an intersection at exactly 8am each morning. He had over 4000 images.

I wanted to document the movement and territories of the pets in and around the house. I thought it would be interesting to be able to see the pets in each of the different locations and at different times of the day. Some locations are only visited by some of the pets. Other locations are visited and contested throughout the day. For example, the extra chain in my office is a highly sought after location and the pets that are not currently in that location often exhibit emotional stress until they are able to occupy it.

I will create an interface for searching and viewing the pictures of the pets in the various locations and times of day in and around the house.
